In order for us to cater to your business function , 

- We need at least a week in advance notice

- You need to have a minimum # of guests (100)  and budgeting $20 per guest 

- We could provide a choice of Chicken , Beef  Panini with Fries 

- We need 15%  deposit , as soon as we agreed on menu and the date. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel or change the date of the event
